Thomas Leisten Schneider is a French-American director based out of Europe.  He has directed primetime commercial advertisements for VW, Citroen, Renault, Google, Canal Plus, McDonalds and Tiktok.  He was nominated for a Cannes Young Lion Director Award, was awarded Best New Director at the LIA Awards, and his work has been recognized and nominated at Kinsale Sharks, Ciclope, LIA, Palm Springs Film Festival, One Screen and TIFF.  Born and raised in Paris, Thomas started his career at Smuggler in Los Angeles, before returning to Europe to direct commercials.  His background in the theater studies gives him a special talent for directing actors and finding truth in material.  He lives in Barcelona with his wife and two daughters.
